Op basis van de intake bekijken we aan welke specifieke doelen u verder wilt werken. Voorbeelden van trainingsdoelen zijn: 

  • Het verbeteren van uw motoriek.
  • Innerlijke rust nastreven door middel van bewegingsoefeningen.
  • Functionele kracht opbouwen (balans tussen kracht, beweging en flexibiliteit).
